The world’s tallest man may have reached his peak height after doctors in the US treated the gentle giant’s excessive growth disorder. 

Sultan Kosen has been placed on medication to treat his disproportionate levels of testosterone and doctors in Virginia believe the pioneering treatment could finally stop his continued growth.
